Dual mini 6 to single 8 connector configuration and cable length perfect for connecting a Mac Pro 4.1 or 5.1 motherboard to an 8 pin power supply. Port on some graphics cards like Radeon RX 580. My purchased cable worked. Almost all of the power drawn by the card goes through this cable, and from my observations so far, very few watts come out of the PCIe slot itself. The card I received with it is a Sapphire Radeon Pulse RX 580 8GB for Mac Pro 4.1 firmware updated to 5.1 identity. I liked the slanted features of the conductors which help keep the current from overloading the cable.
