Inexpensive t-strap shoes. I needed shoes for my 19 month old daughter who usually wears size 5 I ordered 12-18 months and they fit perfect. The width on the ankle is looser than I expected but I just tightened the Velcro and problem solved. You can tell the shoes won't last long but I needed for family pics so it's ok with me if she only used handful of times. Note the shoes have a really horrible smell to them idk if it's the synthetic leather or what but I'm going to let them air out hopefully it goes away.
