I like that it is easy to use for both employees as well employers in order track employee information such has attendance records or leave usage/absence etc.. It also allows me access anywhere via my laptop which makes collaboration with other departments easier than using email! The customer service can be better but they are quick at responding when you have an issue so don't let this put off your decision making process of purchasing their product!! Make sure before going through all these steps there isn’t something else out already doing what alpakas does do make comparison between them if possible.
