Review on 📻 Sangean SG-118 Retro AM/FM Bluetooth Wooden Cabinet Radio: Experience Classic Charm with Modern Technology by Victor Houser

This radio IS OUTSTANDING! I'm radio dork. I have many radios for different areas in our house. This became my MAIN radio on our computer workstation/desk. I have NEVER owned a radio with such reception/sound quality, with or without an antenna (external or telescopic)! Some have stated that they don't like the fact that it doesn't have bass/treble controls. This radio doesn't need it, it's perfectly tuned, IMHO. at stations only without additional antennas. We are approximately 35 miles from Chicago for reference. I first tried the brown wooden version of this radio (45th anniversary edition) and it was the same radio with excellent sound but the color didn't match our decor. I ordered it. from ABT for comparison and it was identical in sound but fitting and looking better for the area we wanted to use it in. Note: We use this on our computer desk alongside our desktop and Wi-Fi modem/router. , and the reception is excellent compared to any other radio I've had in this location. I use this radio mainly for AM sports radio and also as a second speaker for my iPad to watch TV (I use a plug but bluetooth is great too). FM is amazing! I have NEVER owned a radio without a telescopic or plug-in antenna that could pick up as many FM stations as clearly as this one. my dozen or more radios and it looks so cool! I've spent way more dollars to get results for my computer section, but it's a NAIL! I don't do many reviews but felt I should do these for others who may be looking for a similar setup. Highly recommended!
