Great purchase, perfect for adding subtle lighting to any room.

I bought these to put on my gaming console but I'm still waiting on my desk but I had to break one of them and do something with them so I did him along the curtain in the closet. They are neatly packaged and also come with the smallest screwdriver I've ever seen and three spare batteries. Each string light comes with a battery already installed and the wire is wrapped in a fairly organized manner. Be careful when loosening the loops on the lanterns, it's not just a few turns one way and one turn the other. The wires have two sides, and between them are lightbulbs, and they pass the wire between them in different ways. It's not hard to untie at all, just note that you can't twist and stretch it like a bread band. Take your time. The only thing that worries me is that there is such a big gap at the beginning of the cable where there is no light. I didn't get it at first as you can see in my 4th shot, I had already put them through a curtain hanger and taped them to the wall to keep them still and found that there was no light for a good 7 inches or more. So I had to redo it, wrap it up, and hide it behind a light switch. In a way, though, that's a good thing, as it gives you enough space to stash the switch and battery out of sight. Some light sources appear slightly colder than others. I ordered warm lights but some of them still seem a little more white than yellowish but that doesn't bother me. The wire bends and holds its shape easily and is easy to straighten again if you need to adjust or reposition it. Overall great flashlights and I will probably order more of these.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • I'll add it later
