This isn't always easy to fix, it requires a heat gun to loosen the adhesive but the metal tool provided is invaluable for getting between the screen and the frame. Take it easy, especially if you're removing the old home button. Use the tools provided and don't try to quickly bypass these flimsy cables. When everything is done, the final product works amazingly well. Oh, one small issue, the stupid tape covering the connection makes it a bit worse, but that's because I was balancing the screen with one hand and trying to remove the tape with the other.
