This is great and WAY more than I expected from some of the reviews. I was afraid that after 5 kids I would have problems with the middle child, so I avoided the little ones. I'm so glad I didn't order a large one! I literally have to contract inside of me and it won't come out until I pull it out. I also ordered Kegal weights so I'll check those out on their product if anyone is interested. Ladies I'm not sure what kind of yani women leave negative comments about being suitable for a teenager lol but don't take all the comments so hard. Be sure to try it yourself. Actually, I should have taken the smallest one so that I can really train the muscles underneath better.
