I use this product mainly for calling and watching videos on my phone and so far (1 week) they work great. They fit snugly and securely in my ears; There wasn't a single instance where they became loose and ready to potentially fall out like some other Bluetooth headsets I've tried. The sound quality is also excellent. Battery life also seems good, although I usually keep it charged right after use. The only possible downside is that there's not really a raised "multifunction" button. The button is present but not actually protruding/marked on the outside of the device; instead, the entire surface of the ear section is smooth. So if you're using them to listen to music or podcasts, where you might need to use that button to play/pause, skip to the next track, etc., this can be tricky because you don't know exactly where to press the earcup. Even if it doesn't really concern me.
