I upgraded my phone to the S9 and was very happy that Encased had a case for it, almost identical to the one I had for the S6 (yes, I'm slowly upgrading up, I'm cheap, ok? ;-) Their cases are still top quality. Yes, if you strap them to your back and then sit on them and cling to the chair (don't ask ;-) it will break with so much. However, they replaced mine for free even though it was my stupidity - and I never have made the same mistake again. It lasted the rest of the 3 years I had the S6. I assume the new case will last until my next phone. Love the design, ease of use, protection of my phone and all round quality. FYI if you need to glue something to the outside of the case (like the metal plate for those magnetic car phone holders, like mine), JB Weld Plastic Bonder (available at Revain and maybe some auto parts stores as JB notes he uses car fairings on his packaging used) works great. Sand the surface of the case with sandpaper, then apply a thin layer of JB and gently press the metal plate (after removing the protective layer, of course). Peel-and-stick adhesive and JB appear to be fully compatible, and the thin plate doesn't interfere in any way when inserting the phone into the belt mount. A highly recommended product (both Encase and JBWeld).
