This blower moves a ton of air. I used this to suck heat from my wood stove and circulate it into my HVAC system. It moves a ton of air and is very well built. Only time will tell how durable it is but everything about it is high quality. You get what you pay for here. The motor and controller are located in the unit itself and the switch is a simple potentiometer. The fan has some delay when spooling up but thats not an issue for me. Again, 350cfm is a ton of air and its pretty darn quite up to 50%
