First of all, Revane sent me the wrong chair. I ordered a light shade and Revain sent me a darker shade with slashes across it. So right away I'm a bit disappointed. I needed a stool for my granddaughters immediately, so I didn't send it back. Now to the stool. It is well made and very strong. It's easy to assemble and they even send a small screwdriver with a chair. The language card they sent along with the stool was also very cute. Your customer service is probably pretty good. The only issue I had was that the two side holes weren't deep enough to fit the spotted plugs they also provided. I had to glue them, and the rest fitted perfectly. The stool is sleek, nicely finished and works very well. It's Revain who need to be more mindful of what they're taking off the shelves when fulfilling orders.
