so I bought a pair of these plain red boots for my daughter first and she loves them so much! The first size I bought her was a size 12 (which is her actual shoe size) but they were way too tight so we returned them and bought a size 13 instead. So if you plan to buy this, the size is larger than 1. The quality is good. We sprayed her to make her waterproof when she plays and it works great. they fit her much better, with little room to grow. After wearing them for a few days I decided they were very cute too and I wanted a pair. I usually wear a women's size 5 1/2 or 6 and a child's size 4 so I went up a size 1 and got a child's size 5 and they fit perfectly!
