Overall they work very well. The sound and microphone are clear, you can hear well. The only downside is the connector where the ear tube connects to the speaker. The clear plastic plug is fragile and broke after 2 weeks of use. I feel that additional parts should be included. I wear it every day for 8 hour shifts and it has a lot of movement. I was able to reattach the tube and survived. I will look for replacement ear tips that will work with this unit as it is the only reasonably priced ear tip that is compatible with our radios that I have been able to find.
