I LOVE this item! I was looking for something to use at my husband's grandmother's house; their kitchen chairs are very uncomfortable for me. Not only is this pillow comfortable, but it also makes getting out of a chair easier, especially as I am an amputee and spend a lot of time sitting. Being a big girl, it keeps its thickness and shape regardless of whether it is used or not. I highly recommend this chair!
