Received a black bag with gold metal lining. Firstly, I love the style. Sharp look. good size Perfect for my Gatsby costume. The packaging from the supplier is perhaps the best I've seen. Despite all that, I was surprised by the quality of the handbag itself. Many failures. The chip in the clasp is a piece of jewelry. The clasp snaps in well because it's off-centre. Abrasion on the metal plate (covered with protective film, therefore overlooked in quality control). Two noticeable abrasions/cracks on the back panel next to the hinge. Inaccurate gluing and glue residue around the seams. And too many stitching in the faux leather assembly makes it cheap. Some of the damage looks like it was dropped and then not rejected in quality control. Great design. Poorly executed. I like the style so I'll probably change it and hope the next one is better.
