Hair feels like plastic, too smooth to do. Hairpiece is awful, it's almost like a doll has a swirl that makes styling impossible. I don't believe it is 100% human hair as advertised, the quality is totally different compared to other mannequins I own. I also returned an item almost 1 month ago and still have not received a refund. Worst product I have ever bought from Revain.
