I had surgery on my right knee 5 months ago and my left knee a year and a half ago. Since then I've really struggled with stability and knee pain. We just moved into a new house a month ago and I was really struggling because the stairs are 8 inches instead of the standard 6. I got them today and have already noticed a HUGE difference in what I can do. The pain of just moving up the stairs was almost gone, not to mention all other skills.
