This is a huge roll of kinesiology tape at a great price for the money you get. It is excellent quality, very soft, fabric-like, very comfortable and stretches well. Since this is a roll, you can cut it to the size and shape you want. I have sciatica and kinesiology tape helps me a lot. I like to run my leg long, so it's good that I can do a long streak. I learned how to use kinesiology taping by watching a few YouTube videos. After learning this technique, I was able to apply it to my body myself. I started using my own instincts to figure out what feels best for my body and it works really well for me. Now it's so natural for me to listen to my body and tell me where to put the tape. I know it sounds weird but it has helped me a lot and it really works! I love bright colors. I have a roll or orange and pink and I love the combo. I think it looks great on my body and also helps a lot with nerve and muscle pain. It is great! I don't have the rest that another reviewer mentioned. Maybe because I moisturize my skin when I get out of the shower. I make sure my skin is dry before applying, but I think applying skin cream beforehand really helps.
