this is the best waist trainer! seriously, i’ve bought at least 5 different styles of waist trainer and this one has the best support! it stays in place with moderate acivity, and is actually sized larger than most so i plan to buy at least one more a size down. i usually wear a size 3XL in trainers (XL in clothing) and i can easily clasp the bra closures on the tightest setting. it fits so snuggly and perfect, the outer velcro bands are super stretchty and help make it as tight or lose fitting as i want. i definitely recommend this waist shaper!
