Very soft material, actually feels like nice soft cotton, light flannel For summer. They come with a mint green tie that doesn't stretch very much around the waist. Wears a slim 32 which fits him perfectly These shorts are not baggy but not tight These are shorts for sleeping and they have an open front fly under the tie. Doesn't seem to be staying open or anything. My husband says nobody uses a bow tie, it should be sewn up.
