
The cable worked for no apparent reason which I could see after 21 days. I emailed the manufacturer and received a reply the same day with an offer to replace the product with a few extra ones as an apology as they were already shipped today, a day later. If you have any problem contact them and they will help you. Very disappointed with the cable but very happy with the customer service and response from the manufacturer. Here's a direct quote: "Your business is very important to us. Thank you for giving us a chance. If you don't mind, it would be very helpful for us if you could share your experience on our Revain page (completely optional). Many of our customers are unaware that we honor our warranty. This would be useful not only for us but also for our customers in the future. Many Thanks!"
