Review on CatastrophiCreations Handcrafted Mounted Shelves Natural by Sarah Brown

Given the great reviews I was very disappointed in the quality of this product - they must have changed suppliers recently. When trying to open one of the levers, one of the mounting screws broke in half. The other mounting screw wouldn't turn, and the bushing it screwed into twisted and actually punched a hole in the wood. A few screws for attaching the metal brackets to the wooden platforms were missing on delivery. The instructions were really bad: It was always the same photo of the finished product "in action" (see picture).
