Finish/construction leaves something to be desired for the price. Too many threads are sticking out in several places. I'll see how it holds up in the wash. Right out of the box I'm not happy with the quality for the price I paid for a small pillowcase! 5/30: Just added photos (after a wash). Also, I emailed the company and they told me it was their "standard tailoring". I'm glad I only bought one. 8/17: UPDATE: Just wanted to let you know that I've washed this item a few dozen times (use it all the time and I only have one) and it's holding up very well. and became very soft. I still find it expensive for a small case, but given that it lasts and I need the size, I'm willing to buy this product again. I will change my rating to 4 stars.
