When I first received this product, I was not impressed. While it did what it was supposed to do, I could see that the leather sleeve and metal credit card case were only held together by a strip of adhesive that seemed to come loose a bit when the wallet loaded to specs. I emailed the seller to report my durability issues and received a response within hours. According to the seller, this product is constructed exactly like the much more expensive Secrid wallet, including the use of tape to hold the components together (I've been able to confirm the accuracy of the tape through numerous Secrid reviews). The seller apologized for my concerns and expressed hope that I could use the wallet for its intended purpose. Without diminishing my concerns, the seller responded very quickly and directly, which I call excellent customer service. The size of the wallet, its capacity and the functionality of the card display mechanism are perfect for my needs. I use the wallet every day and it holds up well. There was no actual component separation during use or in my pocket. If it lasts a reasonable amount of time, it probably deserves a five-star rating. My four star rating is based on the fact that while I love the wallet, its design and functionality, I still have my doubts about its durability. I am very impressed with the speed and honesty of communication with the supplier's customer service and based on my experience I will have no hesitation in purchasing from this supplier in the future.
