You get what you pay for! This item literally broke off a piece, which I'm sure happened when they boxed it up because it came with the concealer I ordered and the concealer was thrown under the organizer instead of on the side. I suspect they threw the organizer in and the side of the drawer broke off. It's very frustrating because while it's not a huge downside, it will eventually cut me because it's very sharp. Also, there are infinite scratches on the lipstick grid! Not only that, the bottom "cloth" in the drawers is cheap and rolled up, they're not glued or anything. The least they could do was put some glue on the sides or bottom. I'm very upset, but this product needs to be made first!
