The two very small clips on the plastic band are made of thin plastic and hold the Fitbit to the band. I had 4 groups. They all broke within a few months. 2 clips must be metal. Just be aware that you can lose your Fitbit at any time. I love my Fitbit but the wristbands are ruining it.
