Review on Neewer Wireless Control Shutter Release by Ben Boulanger

I was very happy to receive these remote controls for my Nikon D7500. After opening them and setting up the camera for use, I found that the remote controls didn't work. I contacted Neewer via email for product support and never received a reply. Before sending them back I decided to try different batteries just to see if they work and if they are actually compatible or really defective. New batteries made the remotes work. I'm disappointed that I was sent a product that I had to invest more money (no matter how small the cost) in before it would work properly. They must be operational upon arrival and the support team must be responsive. These issues aside, these remotes now work well with my camera and I'm happy with them.
