Review on ObjectGears by Justin Butler

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very powerful and extensible open source web development environment

I like that it allows you to do things in different ways, but still have control over how they are done so there's no need switching back too often between tools/frameworks if something isn't working properly with one toolset - everything can be adjusted via config files (or even command line).

It also has an easy way out when using third party libraries which sometimes makes life easier than having them included as part fo our project code base! The ability to use multiple frameworks at once without all being dependent upon each other would make this product more useful overall though we're able get around some issues by just reusing existing components from within another framework instead anyway :) We've been developing websites since about 2002 now however prior experience wasn’t necessarily helpful here because new features were added quickly enough meaning most people didn;' t know what was possible before trying their hand againsObject Gears ;).

Pros
  • The customisation options available and the ability to configure settings and processes however and whenever we want them to (it doesn't matter how much you change your codebase and we've found no other solution offers this ability)
Cons
  • The configuration options available could be more flexible not many options for different setup methods
