Of course you get what you pay for. Staggered holes, at least 12 pieces of gear are missing. Spot welds are poor and not polished, then poorly repainted and do not match. There's a lot of wear underneath. I can't even assemble the rack, all the nuts that attach to the studs are missing. Tried to contact the seller to no avail. There is a big spot in the middle where the holes meet (see picture) so even if I had all the parts it would be a headache to even get it to work.
