Like others here I found this to be serviceable and actually looks pretty good once you have it in place. Took me about 60 minutes to get there. This should not be attempted by someone who is weak or not up to the challenge. As others have pointed out, there are no instructions and the shifter glove is a snug fit. There are several videos on YouTube on how to remove the current switch/guard assembly so no problem - this is the easy part. I'm not sure if there are any videos describing how to put on a new boot mitt as I couldn't find any. If you look at the glove you will see three apparent lines in the shape of an indefinite triangle (if you think of the top of the glove). the glove as the top of the pyramid and the bottom of the glove as the base). As far as I can tell, the two that appear to be closer together come from the right side of the switch, while the ones that appear further away come from the left. There is a plastic insert that fits in the grip that you need to line up with the top of the boot's glove and a large plastic frame insert at the base that you need to line up with the bottom of the boot. It's not an easy task, but as with most things, perseverance pays off and I end up with brand new spare boots. All for $20 and about an hour of my life.
