I am a size 8T which my child usually wears US size. Fits perfectly! The shoes weren't too tight or too loose and had about an inch of room, which was good for me. If you want your child to have plenty of room to grow and the shoes to last even longer I would go up a size but not a normal size. My daughter has worn them to school and to the party and still hasn't played a single missed track and I don't scratch my butt that easily. Pink sequins with half color pattern, true to size, with ankle closure.
