1 star. The product itself is fantastic but be prepared to be disappointed if anything goes wrong with it. My version of Blue Yeti Blackout started doing everything static. It took 3 weeks to receive the RMA and after sending it back I was told a replacement would be made 1-2 business days after receipt. It's been 6 weeks and no microphone, no response from Blue customer service, no update on my RMA, nothing. Avoid. We must demand higher standards from such companies. Just because you make a good and affordable product doesn't mean you can have such poor customer service and stay on top. Buyers be careful.
