This dispenser is a nightmare to use in a busy kitchen. Its supposed to make dressing dispensing easier, but it just makes a mess everywhere thanks to its poor design and quality. Even if you're gentle, the plastic parts just can't handle the pressure, and you're left with food all over the place. The only positive thing I can say is that it's easy to clean. Overall I would not recommend this product to anyone in the food industry .Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice with industrial and scientific equipment, I know this is a bad investment..
