I'm really shocked that it has such good reviews. I have a fool I have never experienced such anger as when I tried to open the door to get into the arena. It's useless to my 70 year old mother who is taking care of my baby because she can't get in and out. You definitely MUST use two hands, so no, it doesn't look like the lady in the picture, are you kidding? And here even with two hands is not easy. I'm sitting here now after trying to open it but couldn't which is why I sat down to write this review because I have to plug in when I bought one with a door. The locking mechanism doesn't stay in place, so it seems like it's always locked, maybe? I'm starting to think mine is just a piece of shit with a defect. How frustrating it is to spend money on something that causes so much frustration when you're just trying to get through the day to keep the kid happy.
