I love water brushes! This is a great way to sketch in color from the front seat of a car or in the field. They are also great for planning large studio work. No need to lug around heavy extra water bottles on your hike. Simply fill the brush case with a few drops from a drinking water bottle or even a clean stream and you're done. This set includes colored disposable marker brushes as well as multiple brushes that can be filled with clean water or homemade paint. The included colors can be mixed to create almost any desired hue, although the color of each brush is best suited for pure, fresh color in art. The annotation speaks of a storage box. It looks very pretty and would make a good presentation box if you're gifting it, but it's too thin and heavy to use, at least for me, to be practical for storage or use in the field. If you're carrying this set to class or outside, you'll likely need some sort of plastic bag (water brushes can leak if you don't tighten them enough or something heavy falls on them).
