UPDATE - use center belt less than two years/buckle, who fell out of the stroller. It looks like it is very poorly constructed and we can no longer strap a child into the stroller. When I contacted the company they informed me that my stroller was no longer under warranty and therefore the only offer was a 50% discount on a new stroller. It's crazy that they are suggesting that I buy a brand new stroller just to have a functional harness/seat belt for my child. The customer service that we have had with other companies (like UppaBaby) was much better as they can repair and replace parts. We have been using this stroller with our twins for 1.5 years and I am in a love hate relationship. There are some really great features and a few bad ones. For the record, we have two older children so we've owned and tried quite a few strollers over the past few years. What's good: We chose this stroller because it was exceptionally good. narrow and had pneumatic tires. It was fantastic on both fronts. It was the only dual pneumatic tire to get through our door, and that narrow width helped in a lot of situations. We live in the city, so for elevators, narrow sidewalks, and small shops, it maneuvers well. I love that you can raise the handlebars and take up even less space. The tires are great in the snow. Our Uppababy Vista stood still, but this one rolled through fresh snow with ease. We've only had one flat tire and one low tire in the last 1.5 years. Rain Over (which you buy separately) is great too. Full coverage and easy on and off. Cons: Virtually no sun protection. The shadows only cover the 90 degree sun on the upper body. When you take your kids for a walk in the winter months, half the time the sun shines directly in their faces. The sun visor, which the label says is also sold separately, doesn't have a serious SPF, so you'll need to slather it with sunscreen. It also restricts and obstructs vision. To recline the seats, they use the same buckles as on the backpack. You need two handles for the two buckles on the seat to tilt them. It's ridiculous for the price to have such rudimentary technology, and it means you have to park your stroller and slowly sit back next to each other. In other words, your chances of waking up a sleeping baby are high. The crossbar has very tight latches. People with a weak grip, like grandparents, will have a hard time unlocking the lock. If you accidentally touch your finger there while trying to move with a screaming child, it will tear the skin, I understand. After this incident I was very careful to keep the children's hands and fingers out of the way as this would cause them far more damage than the cut I sustained. The basket below is mediocre. It is very small and objects fall out regularly. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend this stroller to anyone who doesn't need a narrow width plus inflatable tires. There are much better strollers that are a bit wider, with or without air tires.
