I bought this racquet because I needed a lighter player's racquet. I also bought it because I knew it needed changing. You really have to solder and the joystick isn't built like other Madcatz sticks where you just plug in the parts and play. Without toggling basic buttons and a joystick, this joystick isn't very good. Anyone who has played a proper Sanwa or Seimitsu stick will probably hate it completely. If you take the time to modify the parts it becomes a decent stick as you would expect. However, due to its size, the joystick may be a bit tall for some people. You also have to get used to the fact that it is a rather small stick. Basically, if you're looking for a small, lightweight stick, want to spend a little more money and time swapping parts, and get used to the small size, this is a pretty decent stick. I bought it on release and was happy with it the whole time. I use it for every game at the moment and it has replaced my favorite XTekken stick for general use both at tournaments and at home. (Though this stick is still my favorite stick overall.)
