When used on my dry hair, the difference is huge. Easy to comb out.

is a good conditioner for me because it is non-greasy and lasts a bit. I mainly use it for my goatee so I don't really have a lot of hair to cover. I definitely noticed a difference once I started using it right away. My goatee used to be dry and difficult to comb, but it's much easier to comb now.
