Double check which seat belt you are using
Just installed on my 2016 Street Glide Special. I followed the instructions first, selected the correct wiring harness and hooked it up, but it didn't have low beams or daytime running lights like most of the ones mentioned here, but I looked deeper into the fairing to find out the replacement wiring harness was needed there, had to be taken out , because someone else was behind him. The one behind matched one of the 3 included in the box of this headlight. Once I used this correct wiring harness, the low beam, daytime running and high beam worked. Couldn't be happier with the product. Looks sick too, love the halo
