I have a Panasonic KXTGA950 B phone system, I wasn't sure if these batteries would work as it's not branded. When I first installed them, the phone didn't realize they were there. As another poster mentioned, I tried charging them in my regular charger and then putting them back in. I got the error message anyway (can't remember the exact wording but it didn't recognize the battery) and because it was late and I was frustrated I just left her on the phone. The phone was fully charged the next day and has been working ever since.
