Broke after two days
Put on the laptop. Two days later I put my phone on it and it fell off. The hand fell out of the main base. I tried snapping it back into the base but the metal rivet was already weak and bent so there was no way to fix it. I can't remove the base from my laptop either. I tried dental floss, a knife, etc., also trying not to damage my laptop. Customer service was great to get my money back for it. Maybe I got a defective one. I don't want to try that again.
