Update: I was contacted by the company's customer service and they sent me a free replacement for my problem. The clips are well made, but what I really like is that the clip itself isn't just metal with crocodile teeth - it also has fabric that wraps around the clip so it doesn't tear my daughter's hair. I'm having trouble finding these. I might buy another set so she has two bows of each color. Good customer service. Original post: I thought these were alligator clips as described, but they're just rubber bands with loops on them. Not suitable for my daughter with very thin hair. upset.
