I bought this for my almost 4 year old daughter and it's perfect for her. Three simple buttons to turn on, press play and turn on the music. Even without headphones, the player has a built-in speaker that can be heard from three rooms, that's how loud it is. They're easy to charge, just plug them into the side of your computer and you'll be done in no time. She took him outside, got him wet by the way, and he's holding on.
