Excellent compact and relatively light welder. I think it's worth five stars as this is not a high performance professional welder, more of an amateur or beginner/entry level welder. If you live up to your expectations, you won't be disappointed. It has a decent amount of features and can handle most small tasks, and for the price (under $500 at the time of writing) it's a fair deal in my opinion. It should be noted that this is a 220 volt welding machine. That means it doesn't just fit into a regular outlet, you need a 3 pin 220 volt outlet. I'm sure most people know about this (I knew), but I also know that there might be people who want to start welding but don't. So if you don't have a power supply (socket) that can handle it, you'll need to add or add one. This involves getting to the switch box and running a wire (plus adding a switch) from there to where you plan to use the welder (install an outlet). Overall I am very happy with the quality and functionality. and have no complaints.
