I have a palm grip. Clicks are lighter than on my last mouse, but it's not a problem. Not critical, but there is a chamfer along the edges of the teylone pads, which is filled with chips from soft rugs and apparently sticks there on the remnants of glue. There are no problems with phantom clicks and scrolling yet.
