The handbag is adorable and I love the cute butterfly thing that comes with it. The strap is comfortable and easy to adjust. BUT the design of this bag leaves a lot to be desired. First, it's too deep and not wide enough. A few inches wider would be ideal and you could easily accommodate your laptops or iPads. When I say too deep, I mean that when I put my wallet in, it sinks to the bottom and seems to vanish into thin air. I spend way too much time rummaging around to get my wallet. And it is NOT a small wallet. Cashiers are very impatient with me. There are three inner pockets, one fits the phone easily, the other is smaller and I stashed a couple of pens in there. Third with zipper. When you reach for your phone, you still have to rummage around to figure out which pocket it's in. It would be very thoughtful if the designer provided an outside pocket, perhaps on the sides near the strap, and even a slit across the width of the bag so you can reach for something quickly. Like your phone. And the last thing I want to say is about this adorable butterfly. It doesn't seem to have any purpose. I clipped my keys to it because I couldn't find my keys once I threw them in my pocket. So now the sound of keys AND butterflies is bugging me. Next to the butterfly is a chain with some sort of flower on the end that serves no purpose. He only contributes to the jingle jungle. When you put the bag on the ground, it folds and folds itself because it doesn't stand up. In short, I am not satisfied with this bag. I'm disappointed because it looks so cute on Revane but works against me.
