Cool design but seems like a fragile finish!

I bought these because they look unique and they are a good alternative to traditional copper mugs. I read the reviews and knew there were some complaints about the finishes. Having received them and used them several times, I can agree. The finish is matte and of course definitely not dishwasher safe. I made sure to wash them gently, but one of them already has a small chip (I received them just over 30 days ago). It's not big enough to be an inconvenience, but I foresee more chipping/splitting in the future. They also "sweat" a lot as there is a lot of condensation when used with ice, which I don't like that much. I plan to use them until they become an eyesore but won't be repurchasing them.
