Arrived 3 out of 5 times with damaged spikes. The spine is divided vertically into two parts. The lower part of the spine broke when first opened. The remaining 2 didn't come open as I'm sure they would break too. I am returning everything for a refund and am looking for an 8hd capacity from another manufacturer. I have a huge collection of DVDs and I'm in the process of putting many of them in sleeves. I've never had the case crack when opening it for the first time. In fact, I've never had a case of back tears, even after many years of use. Breakage has nothing to do with transport damage. The shipping box was intact, no damage, the boxes were securely packed. These things will not last.
