Review on 🎥 Panasonic HDC-SD60S Silver HD Camcorder with 35X Intelligent Zoom (SD-Based) - Discontinued by Gim Sohyeôn ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

I like the camera. For a long time I was looking for a Panasonic that was at least close to my 20-year-old NV-A1 in terms of shooting quality. Picked up! In addition, for its level is relatively inexpensive. And it’s also pleasing that advertising tests and articles about this camera (and there are a lot of them on !) Are not just a marketing ploy. Well, almost no marketing! It's good when real advantages are advertised, and not custom-made, exaggerated ones.

Pros
  • Quality manufacturing (Japan); excellent stabilization; natural color reproduction without excessive saturation; good AF performance; very smooth and obedient zoom, a sufficient number of additional settings, etc.
Cons
  • For quality playback on a mid-range TV, you have to adjust both it and the camera (saturation, mode, color temperature, etc.) so that the sky becomes the sky. Apparently, gray skies are a common problem, only different settings manage to make them blue. If the TV has the function of remembering the settings of the component inputs, then this shortcoming is one-time. Hence, another drawback - the possibility of installing filters is not provided. I use overhead filters from a movie camera, breaking off the lower latches.
