What I received was a bed so wrapped in shrink wrap I didn't even know what it was when I opened the box. Thought they sent the wrong item. When I opened the shrink bag and pulled out, I found it was a dog bed. Well it's terrible. It's completely clumpy due to the way it was wrapped and who knows how long it was pressed, and no matter what I do now I can't evenly distribute the foam. There are areas the size of my palm where there is no foam and in other places all the foam has accumulated. This is ridiculous and I did NOT pay for this. I wanted a nice, soft bed for my dog, not that lumpy junk. I'm a busy person and don't have time to sit there for hours trying to move the foam and make it what it should be. Don't waste money. Oh, to make it even better, I have no way of returning this item. A return in the package was not possible because it was shrink-wrapped. I don't have any other packaging to wrap it up and I'm housebound so there's no way to send it to UPS to ship it back. Revain will not give out non-refundable money so this was all a big fat waste of my money as it goes in the trash as unusable. Seriously, don't waste your money.
